Application Process

Students through 19 years of age: Contact your child’s school nurse. School nurses and administrators can request a VSP Eyes of Hope gift certificate (formerly Sight for Students) through one of VSP's education partners. These include the National Association of School Nurses, California School Nurses Organization, Communities In Schools, and the National Head Start Association.

Adults and children of any age: Contact one of our community partners. Reach out to Prevent Blindness, your local Lions Clubs chapter, members of the National Association of Community Health Centers, or UnidosUS, and let them know that you’re in need of vision care.
