Purpose

WovenLife Oklahoma, formally Easter Seals Oklahoma their mission is to enhance the quality of life for children and adults with disabilities so they may live with equality, dignity and independence. WovenLife continues to be committed to serving the needs of people of all ages and abilities through their inclusive Child Development Program, Adult Day Center, unique intergenerational programming, educational programming, therapy services; which include behavioral, speech and occupational therapy, and financial assistance program.

Based on individual need

Eligibility

  • Children and adults with all types of disabilities; and
  • Be from an economically eligible family and demonstrate a need for financial assistance services

  • Assessments and evaluations provided
  • Case management
  • Information and referral
  • Locating Alternate Funding

AT Devices Provided/Covered

  • Aids for Daily Living
  • Aids for hearing impaired
  • Aids for vision impaired
  • Mobility seating/positioning

How to Get the AT

  • Call or write the WovenLife office to request service(s).

Pieces of the Puzzle

  • Direct financial assistance for purchase of medical, educational supplies, and/or equipment for children and adults with all types of disabilities. This includes assistance with mobility devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, prosthetic devices, medical vision, and sensory processing equipment.
  • All financial assistance is subject to availability of funds.
