Spotlight on Success

Maxine is a Norman resident that is hard-working and loves to embroider and quilt. She is trying to remain independent and stay in her home. Maxine had a lighting assessment through NewView Oklahoma and now understands where and what types of lighting she needs for many of her visual tasks.

She was able to try several different lamps through the ABLE Tech partnership with NewView and determine the correct lighting. Some of her frustrations have been taken away, and she gained freedom to be herself again.
