The Internet and web-based technology have changed the way that we all interact with the world around us. Web-based technology creates opportunities in education and social interaction that people would not have without it.
As we rely more and more on web-based technology to share information and opportunities we must work to make sure that we do not put barriers up that keep anyone from using websites and web-based software. Quite the opposite, we want technology to open doors and create opportunity.
