We want to give gently-used Durable Medical Equipment (DME) a second life.
ABLE Tech staff retrieves donated equipment; sanitizes and refurbishes devices; works with vendors to repair the equipment if needed; and reassigns DME devices to the best-matched Oklahoman. Any Oklahoman who is in need of medical equipment or devices, regardless of income, is eligible for the program. Priority will be given to SoonerCare members.

This program is 100% donation-based — which means without community contribution, we don't have a robust inventory! Now is the time to schedule a DME pick-up or drop-off OR make a tax-deductible financial contribution by mailing a check to the Oklahoma ABLE Tech Reutilization Program office.
Do you need a device from us? First, fill out an application.

- Search for a device by category, type, or use the Search Parameters field.
- Select your desired device from the Search Results.
- Click the "Request Item" button at the bottom of the page.
- Complete the Item Request form and click "Submit Request."

Once our staff has received your application, they will review it, and make sure all necessary documentation has been received. Our staff may contact you to verify any additional information they may need to match equipment appropriately.
Once the equipment has been matched, if it is available, our staff will contact you to coordinate shipment, pickup, or delivery arrangements.
If the equipment is not available, you will be placed on a waitlist. The length of the waitlist depends on the number of new donations received and the number of other individuals who may be waiting on that item. Staff will notify you if your application has been placed on the waitlist at the time it is processed and offer any additional resources that may be available for faster fulfillment.

Listing DME for Sale or Exchange
To list equipment in the exchange portal, you must first create a secured account in NATADS.
Once your account has been created, log in, then click the "Add Classified Item Listing" button at the bottom of the page. Complete the Classified Item Entry form. Make sure to add a detailed description and pictures.
Once you click "Save," your listing will go to our Device Reutilization Program staff for approval.

Oklahoma Assistive Technology Foundation iFund Grant
Seniors 65 and older in Oklahoma, Cleveland, and Canadian counties in need of durable medical equipment (DME) may be eligible to participate in this grant. Area Agencies on Aging
Kiamichi Economic Development District of Oklahoma (KEDDO), Indian Nations Council of Governments (INCOG), and Central Oklahoma Economic Development District (COEDD) AAAs have partnered with ABLE Tech to assist with using Masonic Grant funds for residents who reside in their respective counties. Through this partnership, ABLE Tech’s Device Reutilization Program is assisting qualified recipients in the purchase of needed AT and DME.
To qualify for the Masonic Grant funds, individuals must live in one of these specific counties, be 55 years of age or older, be of low to moderate income, and have a need for AT and DME to maintain an independent lifestyle. Once the individuals no longer need the purchased equipment, it is intended for those items to be donated back to the Device Reutilization Program for use by another individual who needs such items.
- COEDD - Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, LeFlore, McCurtain, Pittsburg, and Pushmataha Counties
- INCOG - Tulsa, Creek, and Osage Counties
- KEDDO - Hughes, Lincoln, Okfuskee, Pawnee, Pottawatomie, Payne, and Seminole Counties
